British rocker Pete Doherty was cleared of involvement in the fatal fall of a man from a London balcony during a party, a report says.

The troubled lead singer for the group Babyshambles reportedly was annoyed at Mark Blanco, who fell from the second-floor balcony after being ordered to leave the party earlier this month.
The Daily Mail said that while details of Blanco's fall were sketchy, police found nothing suspicious surrounding the incident.
Friends and relatives of Blanco disagreed, and the newspaper noted that the revelers allegedly didn't call for help until 45 minutes after Blanco was found on the pavement.
Doherty, who has had repeated drug-related scrapes with the law, allegedly stepped over the dying man after leaving the scene ahead of police, the report said.
