The "US" tour presented by Lexus begins Sept. 16 in Miami at the American Airlines Arena, and wraps up Nov. 29 in Los Angeles at the Staples Center.
The tour will coincide with the launch of McCartney's as-yet unnamed album for Capitol.
McCartney will be joined by drummer Abe Laboriel, Jr., guitarist Rusty Anderson, guitarist/bassist Brian Ray and keyboardist Paul "Wix" Wickens.
McCartney last toured North America in 2002, when he was the top touring artist in the world, grossing $126 million from 58 shows, according to Billboard Boxscore.
This fall's tour will mark McCartney's first visit to Des Moines, Iowa and Omaha, Neb., while he will return to Miami and Seattle after 15 years.
