Anderson's Los Angeles court filing claimed William Peter Stansfield, 29, a homeless man from Newcastle, England, "frightened her tremendously."
Anderson accused Stansfield in documents of "stalking and harassing me, my sons and other family members for more than a month."
She said he also slipped through security at her gated Malibu, Calif., community to put documents in her mailbox. He claimed he had a movie script he wanted Anderson to work on with him, she said.
Superior Court Judge Linda K. Lefkowitz Monday said Anderson's complaint was "sufficient, clear and convincing," E! Online reported.
After Monday's ruling Anderson's attorney said he was "happy" with the ruling, which he called "the proper thing to do."
