David M. Robbin, 43, of Monongahela, Pa., was arrested for allegedly sending pornographic images to an e-mail recipient he thought was a 15-year-old girl who, but turned out to be a Pennsylvania state trooper assigned to the state attorney general's Child Predator Unit.
The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette said Tuesday that Robbin was busted while out on bail from a June 1 arrest in which he had been stung by the same attorney general's unit posing as a 13-year-old girl.
