O.J. Simpson to talk about "how he would have" killed his ex-wife

UPI News Service, 11/15/2006

Former NFL player and actor O.J. Simpson is set to talk about "how he would have" killed his ex-wife and her friend, whose deaths he was acquitted of in 1995.

The 59-year-old will appear in two 1-hour Fox television network specials on Nov. 27 and 29, followed by the Nov. 30 release of his book "If I Did It," the New York Daily News reported Wednesday.

In a news release, the network said the publisher of his book, Judith Regan, will question Simpson about the Los Angeles knife slayings of Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman on June 12, 1994.

Simpson was acquitted in October 1995 but a later civil trial jury found Simpson responsible for the killings and ordered him to pay $33.5 million in damages to the victims' heirs, although they have yet to receive any money.

There was no indication in the news releases how much Simpson is being paid for the television appearances or his book.
