WTOV-TV reported that police charged John Welday with public indecency after he allegedly engaged in his third nude drive through the town of Martins Ferry, this time with more than 100 nude photos of himself in tow.

Martins Ferry Police Chief Barry Carpenter expressed local authorities' concerns that Welday could potentially leave the explicit photos in areas frequented by children.

The photos themselves do not violate any laws and some in the Ohio town said that Welday did not represent a threat to their children in any way.

"What upset me was when they mentioned the fact he maybe would exhibit himself in front of children," an anonymous woman said of Welday. "There's no way, like I said, I grew up around him, my children grew up around him, and anybody you talk to that knows Jack, will tell you the same."

The TV station said Welday pleaded not guilty to the public indecency charges on Friday.
