Niki Taylor sues over unauthorized use of Sports Illustrated photos

Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model Niki Taylor has filed suit in Tennessee charging two companies illegally used her pictures to market their products.

The suit says the Irene Group and Fortune Hills International used her 1998 Sports Illustrated photos to sell perfumes, body powders and other items without her authority or license, "Celebrity Justice" reports.

Taylor is getting ready to launch her own perfume in September and the suit says the use of her photos by the two companies will create "confusion and deception" if consumers think their products are hers or endorsed by her.
