A New York eye doctor and his family are suing apartment neighbor Sean Connery in a dispute about noise levels and -- terrorism.

The lawsuit says the Manhattan family wants at least $30 million because the archetypal James Bond created a campaign to "terrorize" the doctor and his wife and drive them from the lower floors of the building, "Celebrity Justice" said Wednesday.
The doctor gave "Celebrity Justice" photographs of cracks in the walls and craters in the ceiling, which he says were caused by Connery doing construction on his place.
A spokesman for the Scottish actor said the suit is a pathetic illustration of the state of U.S. jurisprudence, and nothing more.
"As you know, anyone in this country can sue for anything," he said.
