NeNe Leakes apparently left The Real Housewives of Atlanta to pursue another show called To Tell The Truth.

On ABC's new comedic variety show, a panel of celebrities -- including Leakes and Betty White -- and guest judges throughout the six-episode season will grill three participants all claiming to be the same person with the same incredible talent, job or achievement to discover which individual is actually telling the truth.

Hosted by actor and comedian Anthony Anderson, To Tell The Truth is a new and improved version of the game show with the same name. Anderson's mother Doris will serve as the scorekeeper and be able to ask the participants questions of her own.

In each episode, Leakes, White and two other judges will take turns deciding which of the three people is being honest. The celebrity panelist to perform the worst in a given show will be forced to tweet out a lie about themselves to the world.

Leakes revealed earlier this week she won't be returning to The Real Housewives of Atlanta for Season 8. When she made the announcement, the former Dancing with the Stars and The Celebrity Apprentice contestant told People her next project is a "new primetime television show with a big legend."

To Tell The Truth is being produced by FremantleMedia North America and will be taped in front of a live audience. Barry Poznick, Toby Gorman, Thom Beers, Jeff Gaspin, George Moll and Anthony Anderson are the show's executive producers.
