A Florida man's holiday decorations, including a hanged Santa, are causing more fear than cheer for kids in his neighborhood.

Miami Beach police heard plenty from neighbors, some of whom were furious. The main complaint centered on a life-sized, blindfolded Santa Claus doll hanging from a tree with its hands tied and its mouth gagged.
The man said his Santa was an artistic expression, WTVJ-TV said.
"It's not healthy. I mean, if somebody has something against Santa Claus or something, maybe express it in some other way," resident Lori Vega told WTVJ.
"I'm not sure what his reasoning is, but a lot of little kids are upset by it," one parent said.
