"My Name Is Earl" and "The Office" are moving from Tuesday night to Thursday, facing off against CBS' top-rated "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," Daily Variety reported.
"Will & Grace" will move to 8 p.m. Thursday, followed by a new buddy comedy, "Four Kings,""Earl" and "The Office.""ER" will hold down the same 10 p.m. slot it has held down for the past 11 years.
NBC is putting "Joey" on the shelf until after the winter Olympics and "The Apprentice" will also return on an unspecified post-Olympics date, the network said.
Back to back episodes of "Scrubs" will fill the Tuesday void being left by "Earl" and "The Office."
