Officials at the Saratoga Springs, N.Y., institution told TMZ they have agreed to make room for the garden after a Jackson fan group sent word that a huge delivery of flowers would arrive for his induction day.
The size of the garden will be determined by how much cash the fan group can raise, and the group will be responsible for paying for the garden's upkeep, TMZ said.
