Natalie Cole will guest-star on NBC's "Studio 60 (on the Sunset Strip)" performing a song recorded especially for the show, filmed in Los Angles.

The Grammy-winning singer's new version of the Burt Bacharach-Hal David classic, "Say a Little Prayer," was created through the SaveMyLive.org charitable organization, Cole's recording label said. Once the Web site officially launches, visitors can download the song to donate money to the organization, which targets AIDS in Africa.

"Not only was it an amazing experience getting to work with a group of such talented actors," said Cole, "I like knowing that the recording for 'Say a Little Prayer' will be benefiting a charity that has become close to my heart."

Cole performs the song during a dinner honoring one of the regular characters, in an episode scheduled to air Feb. 5.
