Nancy Grace is denying that, despite appearances, she showed more of her breast than intentional cleavage during Monday night's Dancing with the Stars performance show on ABC.

"Tonight, when we were doing our hopscotch portion of our dance, there was a little bit of movement but it did not rise to a wardrobe malfunction," the 51-year-old legal commentator told reporters following the broadcast, according to Us Weekly.

Grace wore a tightly-fitted, low-cut brown and gold dress as she jived across the dance floor with professional partner Tristan MacManus. Following a dip at the end of her performance, the camera cut to unusual shots of the audience on two separate occasions, only to focus back on Grace adjusting the top half of her ensemble.

"We have taken every precaution known to men in this dress right here," Grace said.

"I'm talking industrial size precaution. There may have been, as Tristan said, a little bit of jiggling but there was absolutely not a wardrobe malfunction."

Dancing with the Stars judge Bruno Tonioli seemed to poke fun at the incident when he commented that Grace's routine was "top heavy," while host Tom Bergeron also cracked a joke following the couple's dance.

"On the European version that would be perfectly fine," Bergeron said.

Grace elaborated further on the alleged "nipple slip" in an interview with TMZ, insisting that if viewers saw anything pop out of her dress, it certainly wasn't her skin.

"When I got dressed, I was wearing Petals (nipple covers) and an industrial strength bra... my dancing dress also had a bra sewn into it," Grace said. "I have been judged guilty without a trial... I will go to my grave denying the nip slip."
