In Touch Weekly reports "Smith" producer Patrick Wachsberger spoke out regarding fan rumors that a sequel to the 2005 film was possible or perhaps being planned.
"Absolutely not," Wachsberger told the magazine. "No way. There's no truth to that."
The hit film starred real-life couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt as married assassins who attempt to kill one another but eventually team up and renew their failing marriage.
"Mr. and Mrs. Smith" earned almost $200 million in America alone and offered viewers a very open-ended finale, which In Touch Weekly reports has helped prompt such fan rumors.
