A North Carolina woman said the $100,000 scratch-off lottery prize she won this month was the third major payout she and her mother have received in 20 years.
Kimberly McCauley of Charlotte said she won the money this month, four years after her mother, Amy McCauley, won more than $160,000 in a Carolina Cash 5 game, WCB-TV, Charlotte, reported Wednesday.
Amy McCauley won $15.5 million in the New York Lotto in 1991.
She also won a pair of $1,000 prizes in the North Carolina lottery's $130 Million Blockbuster game in 2007.
