Mos Def and wife Maria Yepes-Smith getting divorced after ten years

A Brooklyn judge has urged rapper and actor Mos Def and his wife to settle their divorce case out of court.

"Work it out, right now," Justice Sarah Krauss told the parties. "I have 50 cases here," the New York Post reported Wednesday.

Mos Def, whose real name is Dante Terrell Smith, is getting a divorce from his wife of 10 years, Maria Yepes-Smith.

They have two children.
