A Malaysian mom who gave birth last year in a car made the right decision when she insisted she wanted an ambulance to take her to the hospital this time.

Noridah Che Man's fourth child was born while the ambulance was stuck in traffic, the Malaysia Star reported. Ng Jia Tatt, a 19-year-old ambulance attendant, delivered the baby -- his first.
Ng said that he did not have time to be embarrassed or scared when Muhammad Amirul Irfan arrived.
"I told her to lie down on the stretcher inside the ambulance and when I saw the baby's head coming out, I panicked but I controlled myself," he told the newspaper.
Noridah said that having a baby on a car seat was so uncomfortable that she decided an ambulance would be "practical" just in case. Her husband, who followed the St. John Penang ambulance on his motorcycle, did not realize the child had been born until the little motorcade arrived at the Bayan Baru Community Clinic.
