Model and 23-year-old motivational speaker Natalie Glebova of Toronto has been named Miss Universe 2005 in the Bangkok competition.

More than 600 million viewers in 180 countries watched Monday night's crowning of Miss Canada as the 54th Miss Universe, officials of the joint NBC-Donald Trump broadcast said.

Cynthia Olavarria of Puerto Rico was first runner up and Renata Sone of the Dominican Republic was second runner up.

Laura Elizondo of Mexico, Monica Spear of Venezuela and Debora Sulca of Peru rounded out the top five.

"Access Hollywood's" Nancy O'Dell and Billy Bush hosted NBC's two-hour finale of the 2005 Miss Universe competition in Thailand.
