Mike Myers' publicist has confirmed the Canadian-born comedic actor-writer's wife, Kelly, has given birth to their first child.
"He is healthy and his parents are ecstatic," Myers' representative told the entertainment news Web site.
No other details about the baby's birth were immediately reported.
Myers is a former cast member of "Saturday Night Live."
He is also known for his "Shrek," "Austin Powers" and "Wayne's World" movies.
