A Los Angeles couple is trying trademark "Jesus Juice" wine with a label that looks a lot like Michael Jackson being crucified.

"CBS Evening News" producer Bruce Rheins and his wife, Dawn Westlake, filed for the "Jesus Juice" trademark two years ago, when Jackson was arrested on child molestation charges and reports surfaced he allegedly gave children wine, which he called "Jesus Juice," The Smoking Gun reported on its Web site.
Westlake and Rheins have now given the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office a proposed logo as well -- a scantily clad man with long hair, a black fedora covering his face, white sox and black loafers, and a single sequined glove, as seen on thesmokinggun.com.
"I fully expect that (Jackson's lawyers) will have an objectionable response (to Jesus Juice)," a spokeswoman for Jackson told the New York Daily News.
Rheins, who headed CBS News' coverage of the trial that ended with Jackson's acquittal, said "Jesus Juice" was an irreverent idea being blown out of proportion.
"We made a few bottles for friends," the hobby winemaker said. "We never wanted to sell it. We only trademarked it because we didn't want other people to try to make money off it."
