The allegations appear in a Santa Barbara county sheriff's report and implicate music producer Rudy Provincio and Liza Minnelli ex David Gest, Celebrity Justice reported.
The documents indicate Provincio began cooperating with police after his phone was tapped and several of his conversations were recorded. He also named Jackson confidant and gay-porn producer Marc Shaffel as an individual involved in paying off the family of Jackson's accuser.
