First Barak Obama lifted campaign rhetoric from Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick; now it appears John McCain's Web site recipes really were the Food Network's.

The Huffington Post reports the page featuring Cindy McCain's family recipes has been taken down. The campaign is blaming an intern for posting them without attribution, CNN and TMZ.com reported. Just one problem with that, the Post noted. The Republican presidential contender's wife submitted the recipe for Passion Fruit Mousse as her own for a New York Sun article in January.
The gaffe came to light during the weekend when New York attorney Lauren Handel was searching the Internet for a specific recipe from Food Network chef Giada DeLaurentis. Searching for the ingredients turned up both the Food Network recipe and the McCain site, the Post said.
