Matt Damon has become a father -- again, family members in New York said.
"Mom and baby are both healthy," Damon's representative told the magazine. "The whole family is thrilled."
The girl was born Wednesday. The Damons now have three children together; Luciana had a daughter from a previous marriage.
Damon, 40, currently stars in "Hereafter," which opened Friday.
