Fox has announced the fifth season of MasterChef Junior will premiere with a one-hour episode on Thursday, February 9 at 8PM ET/PT.

MasterChef Junior will return with award-winning Chef Gordon Ramsay and renowned pastry chef Christina Tosi, however, an array of celebrity guest judges will be replacing Graham Elliot next season.

Fox announced in December 2015 Elliot was parting ways with the franchise following MasterChef Junior's fourth edition. Elliot had also been with the original MasterChef series for five years.

Tosi signed on as a mainstay judge with Ramsay last year after former judge Joe Bastianich announced in November 2014 he had decided to leave MasterChef Junior after three seasons and MasterChef after five seasons.

MasterChef Junior gives talented kids the chance to showcase their skills in the kitchen and passion for food through a series of fun challenges.

Season 4 of the reality culinary competition series wrapped in late January 2016 with winner Addison Osta Smith defeating runner-up Avery Kyle.
