Robin Dawson, executive director of the non-profit Massachusetts Film Bureau, leveled the charges against Mark Drago, who heads the rival but state-endorsed Massachusetts Sports and Entertainment Commission, the Boston Herald reported Wednesday.
Dawson accused Drago of intimidation and unprofessional behavior for telling movie industry executives they may not get necessary permits unless they work with the state-approved commission.
Dawson also claimed Drago leaked details of a Tom Hanks film that "seriously jeopardized" the $100 million production.
A spokesman for Drago, responding to the written complaint filed with Gov. Mitt Romney, said the negative tone further threatens Massachusetts' film industry.
