Martha Stewart announced Monday she has signed a four-year deal with Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. for a 24-hour radio channel geared to female listeners.
Martha Stewart Living Radio is expected to feature cooking, gardening and craft tips, reported the syndicated television show "Entertainment Tonight."
Stewart is currently serving a five-month home confinement sentence at her New York suburban home, the last part of her 10-month sentence for lying to investigators about a stock sale.
She is allowed to commute to New York City to work on business. In addition to her new radio deal, Stewart has been preparing for two new TV endeavors: a daytime lifestyle show and a spin-off of Donald Trump's "The Apprentice" on NBC.
