Martha Stewart reveals details of her upcoming 'Martha' TV show

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia unveiled details Monday in New York City for advertising in Stewart's upcoming daytime TV show.
The show, entitled "Martha," is to premiere in national syndication in September. NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution said the show will be available to more than 90 percent of U.S. TV viewers.
Stewart and other executives of her company joined producer Mark Burnett in presenting details about the show during meetings in which advertisers make decisions about ad spending in advance of the fall TV season.
Stewart said the show's mostly-live format will allow her to interact with her audience.
"We will still mentor and teach and put strong emphasis on valuable information," she said, "but we are excited about taking a new approach with this series by including a live, participatory audience and guests who will surprise us with their homemaking skills."
The hour-long shows will be taped in front of a studio audience at Chelsea Television Studios in New York City.
