The three Dallas-based couples who tied the knot at first sight on Season 7 were Amber, a 36-year-old division order analyst, and Dave Flaherty, a 37-year-old senior portfolio manager; Bobby, a 27-year-old project manager, and Danielle, a 30-year-old account executive; and Mia Bally, a 29-year-old airline recruiter; and Tristan, a 29-year-old former collegiate and semi-pro basketball player who recently started a tutoring center business.

They were matched by the following Married at First Sight experts: Psychologist Dr. Jessica Griffin, sociologist Dr. Pepper Schwartz, and marriage counselor Pastor Calvin Roberson.

The Married at First Sight broadcast began on Day 20 of the marriages, with Bobby making breakfast and lunch for his wife. Danielle couldn't believe how helpful Bobby was since she didn't have to worry about anything other than getting up and driving to work.

Danielle felt Bobby was catering to her, and he was surpassing her expectations of an ideal marriage and the perfect married life.

Pastor Cal then met with Tristan and Mia. Tristan admitted a cloud was still hovering over his relationship with Mia after she lied to him, but Pastor Cal explained trust is a huge part of commitment and they could continue working on that.

Tristan then revealed his lease was almost up and he wanted to move to Houston, TX.

"He is home to me, so wherever he goes, I go, kind of thing," Mia noted. "But then I'm also realistically thinking, 'How would I be if I actually moved? Would I be my best self?'"

Mia didn't even have that conversation with her boss yet, but she was open to the idea of relocating, especially because she works remotely.

Pastor Cal then met up with the three guys over a dinner to find out how they were feeling about their relationships and marriages.

All three men gushed about how wonderful married life was. Tristan said, "I love it," Bobby noted, "You can't beat it," and then Dave gushed, "I'm surprised by how much I have really embraced and enjoyed being a husband."

Pastor Cal asked each man to rate his wife on being a wife on a scale from 1-10. Bobby wrote down his answer very quickly, and it was a 10.

"I got married to a 10 and she acts like a 10 and our marriage and commitment and just how we've meshed together and how we do things and how we treat each other is a 10," Bobby explained.

"We have confidence and security, and I think that's all I could really ask for at this point... [This has been] the best experience of my life. Absolutely. Hands down. I am dead serious."

Dave rated his marriage a 7.5, saying things had been easy and natural but Amber had been acting stressed out, which created some tension. Dave said Amber's insecurities took over in some areas.

Dave worried whether Amber would be able to comfort him if he has a bad day, because that hadn't been tested yet. So far, he had been there for Amber whenever she needed him or broke down.

"I haven't seen Amber be rockstar wife yet," Dave confessed.

Dave's work schedule was easier than Amber's, but he wanted more of a partnership. For example, Dave said there would be some nights when he would cook and wash the dishes, when Amber had agreed to clean the dishes after a meal.

Dave didn't expect 50/50 all the time, but he was hoping Amber would step up a little more and help out around the house.

"It's a fear of mine that [my marriage] is always going to be a little bit one-sided, that I'm always going to have to be the strong one and that she's going to have to lean on me all the time," Dave explained to cameras.

"And I think I'm very much a giver... but at some point, you run out of the ability to give and you need to receive. I hope we get to the point where there's a little bit more of a balance."

Tristan then revealed he had scored Mia an 8 because Mia had "all the ingredients" but she was "still working on putting it together." There was a mutual respect and love there, but Tristan was still building trust.

Dave confessed he's not in love with Amber but he cared about her deeply, which was a similar page to what Tristan was on. But Bobby seemed to realize he's in love with Danielle once Pastor Cal explained being in love is an intellectual decision to commit to someone for the rest of your life.

Bobby said he was "way past that" point with Danielle, and so this was a conversation he wanted to have with her. Once Bobby got home, Danielle was thrilled to hear Bobby had rated her a 10, and she would have given him the same score because she was so happy.

"If that's what love is, I am 100 percent in love with Danielle. I just haven't told her that yet," Bobby said in a confessional. "I'm just waiting for that moment where everything feels right and it will be easy for me to tell her that."

Danielle admitted to cameras she felt the same way, but she was also not ready to express herself to Bobby.

On Day 21 of the marriages, Dave and Amber went furniture shopping because she wanted to feel like it was their place, rather than just Dave's space.

Dave said their connection was growing stronger and he felt there was great potential with Amber to have a future together, but then he dropped the bomb in a furniture store that he had rated her a 7.5. Amber called Dave "mean."

"To me, hearing this rating is showing me the insecurities I have about being a bad wife are true and he's just confirming them. It makes me feel bad... it looks like I really am just doing a bad job," Amber said in a confessional.

Dave thought a 7.5 was a great score and that Amber's frustration was a little ridiculous. That score meant "okay" to her, like a "C" grade. She was disappointed and began wondering what she was doing wrong or whether Dave's expectations were simply too high.

Meanwhile, Tristan and Mia also hit a speed bump in their relationship. Tristan shared that a friend spotted Mia on his dating app.

"This entire marriage, I feel like I've been completely honest with Mia and told her just to give me the truth, and it seems like she's gone out of her way to hide things from me. I honestly don't know what to do or feel right now. I thought we were done with all the secrets and lies," Tristan said.

Tristan then confronted Mia about the news, and she insisted her account had been deactivated and the app deleted. Tristan, however, didn't trust Mia and vented, "I'm done!" He even removed his wedding ring.

"I feel everything with Mia is a lie and I don't know how I'm supposed to trust her," Tristan noted.

Mia was sad because Tristan was shutting her out, and so the couple decided to Skype with Dr. Jessica to receive some advice and support. Mia said they had an "explosive argument" and they were both so "emotional and heated" that they "talked in circles."

Tristan explained he felt betrayed for the second time and resentment was building up, but Dr. Jessica informed him taking off the ring is "emotional blackmail." Dr. Jessica asked Tristan not to threaten divorce either unless he's 100 percent sure he'd like to file the paperwork.

Mia knew it would take time for Tristan to trust her, but she still had hope it could happen. Tristan felt "emotionally drained" but also a little bit "encouraged." Tristan held onto his faith and belief in Mia and their marriage, saying they'd get through it.

That night, Danielle cooked Bobby a nice dinner to prove she could take care of them if something ever happened to him. Bobby appreciated how Danielle was a team player and wanted to contribute.

Meanwhile, Amber couldn't get over how Dave had rated her a 7.5. She wanted to know what she was doing wrong, and Dave recalled how she had offered to do laundry but he had been doing it for the last two weeks.

"I never wanted to be a wife that has to do extra stuff for a husband. This is one of the reasons why I was never really wanting to get married," Amber told Dave.

Amber thought it would be easier to just not be married, but Dave didn't expect Amber to come home and take care of him. Dave was frustrated by some of the things Amber had said, and he wasn't sure how to proceed.

Dave promised Amber they were in a good place but there was room for improvement, and that's all there was to it. Amber then realized she had blown things out of proportion, and she regretted saying some things she can't take back.

Things lightened up a little bit when Tristan and Mia decided to go bowling and have some fun. Mia was reminded how goofy and funny he is, and Tristan was glad to let loose and relax.

On Day 22 of the marriages, Amber explained to Dave she had overreacted because her feelings were growing strong for him and it was scary. Amber admitting causing a fight is her way of running away because she's scared to get hurt.

"This is the first time I'm hearing Amber has feelings for me. On one hand, it's great and something I like to hear," Dave said.

"On the other hand, it's a little frustrating to be honest, because it's what is being blamed for her... going to this negative place, which is something I understand but I think it's the wrong way to react to these emotions."

Dave told Amber her behavior had created some concerns for him but they needed to just be positive and explore the good things in their relationship. Dave also told his wife that he reciprocated her feelings.

After Amber apologized, Dave promised Amber a clean slate. It's exactly what they needed to start things off on a better path, and Amber could envision falling in love with her husband.

The episode concluded with Danielle picking out some lingerie to wear to bed. She and Bobby were settling into married life, and Bobby told the cameras he was never going to let Danielle go.
