The five brides who were selected to wed on Season 14 of Married at First Sight are Alyssa, 30, Jasmina, 29, Katina, 29, Lindsey, 34, and Noi, 33.

The five grooms who are starring on the new edition are Chris, 35, Michael, 28, Olajuwon, 29, Mark, 37, and Steve, 38.

The couples are Lindsey and Mark, Alyssa and Chris, Jasmina and Michael, Katina and Olajuwon, and Noi and Steve.

Noi and Steve's wedding will be shown in the next Married at First Sight episode.

Married at First Sight's experts Pastor Calvin Roberson, Dr. Pepper Schwartz, and Dr. Viviana Coles matched the couples once again.

The Married at First Sight broadcast began with Jasmina and Michael waking up on their wedding day. Jasmina hoped to be matched with a man who was tired of playing games in relationships and wanted to be married for the right reasons.

Michael had lost both of his parents to cancer, and so his siblings are very important to him. Michael said he had a lot of love and compassion to give a woman, "wholeheartedly," and was prepared to finally be "super vulnerable" with a partner and open up to her.

"I hope with this marriage, we're communicating and talking things out and being honest with our feelings, like adults," Jasmina shared.

"In my past relationships, I felt like a test dummy. I'm just tired of being that person that gets men ready for their next relationship -- the person men have to go through in order to get it right."

On the morning of his wedding day, Michael's brother pinned a pink breast cancer awareness ribbon on his tuxedo jacket, and Michael broke down into tears. Michael felt that his mother's spirit was with him and validating his steps.

Jasmina started out the day excited, but as the wedding grew closer, she became "so nervous and scared" and felt like she was going to throw up. Jasmina was worried about being attracted to her groom and whether he would treat her well.

"I don't play around with marriage. My parents got a divorce and my family and my siblings just being separated, I don't want that for my children," Jasmina shared in a confessional.

"I want it to be different, and so I do want this person to be 'my person. I do want us to be together forever. I just didn't think my person would be somebody I don't know, and I don't think it hit me until now."

Jasmina cried walking down the aisle, but the moment Michael saw her, he whispered, "Wow."

Michael even said "wow" again when his wife approached him in her beautiful dress.

Jasmina's family and friends wanted Michael to know that Jasmina loves children and cannot wait to build her own family and be the best mother. He also learned she loves to travel and can turn into "a firecracker."

Michael's loved ones shared with Jasmina how Michael is the baby boy of a Haitian family and is spoiled by his sisters. They said he loves kids and can't wait to be a father, although he's probably going to be a bit messy at home since he had lived alone for a while.

Jasmina also discovered Michael means well and will always show up for his wife.

In their self-written vows, Jasmina promised to make Michael feel wanted, valued and heard, and she vowed to remember he's human -- just like she is -- and they're "in this together" for the rest of their lives. Jasmina dropped her vows, like dropping the microphone, which made everyone laugh.

Michael said he's always wanted to be married and they would overcome battles together. He promised to be supportive, vulnerable, humble, and reveal himself in all aspects -- the good, the bad and the ugly -- as well as appreciate Jasmina in all her forms.

Jasmina and Michael kissed at the altar on their wedding day and then hopped over a broom.

Meanwhile, Mark and Lindsey got to know each other better after tying the knot. Lindsey revealed she had applied for the show on Valentine's Day because she had grown tired of dating the wrong men.

"I feel like he is a very genuine and kind man," Lindsey gushed in a confessional. "The only thing I'm concerned about is the whole five cats situation... I'm not sure how I feel about that. The good thing is, his are close to death."

As the wedding party took photos and Lindsey shouted out how she'd be dropping layers throughout the evening, Mark realized his wife is "a wild child."

"She likes to have fun like the sun shining in the sky. But I like her. She's someone I think can keep up with me, someone that will get me outside of my normal routine -- and I'll probably live more of my life because of her," Mark said.

But Lindsey admitted kissing her husband felt "awkward" because she was still trying to figure out the rules. Lindsey's father told Mark that being with his wife would be like "grabbing a crocodile by the tail."

Mark told the cameras that he's dated very outgoing women before and never saw a softer or loving side of them, and so he was optimistic this situation with Lindsey would be different.

Mark and Lindsey quickly discussed while taking photos how their mothers were not present for the ceremony, and they both agreed that was a "tough" subject. They could immediately relate to each other, and Lindsey noted she was ready to dive into her marriage.

Jasmina and Michael then sat down for their first conversation over a couple glasses of champagne.

"My wife is beautiful, like drop-dead gorgeous, like a Black Barbie beautiful. Perfect. She is 100 percent my type," Michael gushed about his bride.

Michael asked Jasmina about her sleep schedule, and she revealed she watches Korean drama series until 2AM sometimes. Michael, however, called himself "a grandpa" and said he's usually in bed by 9PM or 10PM. Michael also said he doesn't watch much TV or movies.

Jasmina and Michael could tell their families accepted the union, and so Michael said it felt "right" taking pictures with his wife. He also felt physical chemistry with Jasmina when dancing their first dance at their reception.

"I think there's a little spark," Jasmina said in a confessional.

"It's not like [an explosion]. Right now, I feel like it's real little because we're still getting to know each other and we haven't had that much time to talk. We'll see how it goes."

Meanwhile, Lindsey said what matters and what she finds sexy is confidence, and Mark was apparently bringing that to the table during the couple's wedding reception.

"I have no complaints. I find him incredibly attractive, and I think our chemistry is kind of undeniable. Yeah, I'm ready to see what he's got!" Lindsey gushed.

Mark noted that he was beginning to feel more comfortable around his wife as they got to know each other better and he certainly had hope for a successful future.

But Lindsey told Mark that they'd have to talk about the cat situation because five is simply too much since Mark has three cats and she was bringing two of them into the marriage.

It then became time for Katina and Olajuwon to pick out their wedding attire. Katina said she was tired of being the only person in her social circle who's single and without a child, and she anticipated her husband would truly be ready for a commitment.

And Olajuwon insisted he was ready to leave his playboy and "selfish" ways as "Isaac" in the past and treat his wife the way she deserves to be treated. However, Olajuwon expected his wife to cook him breakfast every day before going to work, which concerned his family.

Olajuwon expected to take his wife's breath away at the altar in his white tuxedo jacket with black trim, but Katina probably felt the same way in her strapless, lace, A-line gown.

"I'm tired of the apps, I'm tired of Tinder, I'm tired of all the bullsh-t. I am ready for my love. I am ready for the love of my life and the next chapter," Olajuwon said.

Noi, a self-declared hopeless romantic, then also selected her wedding dress, which turned out to be a strapless mermaid dress with lace detail and petal appliques. She never imagined she'd be trying on beautiful, expensive wedding gowns because she had grown up in a refugee camp.

Steve said he comes from a very tight and loving family, and he couldn't wait to bring a wife into it and start a family. Steve picked out a navy blue suit with black trim and a black bow tie.

"I hope the first time we lock eyes, it will be magical and beautiful. And I hope that he's just as excited and open to this experience as I am, and that's all I can really hope for," Noi said.

Alyssa tried on wedding dresses next, and she was looking for a lace, tight-fitted dress. She actually purchased 10 wedding dresses on her own just in case she couldn't find the perfect gown in the store.

"I wouldn't say I'm a high maintenance person, but obviously I'm going to be picky with my wedding dress!" Alyssa explained in a confessional.

"I really want my forever person, and I believe that you need to put into the universe what you want to attract. I know what I'm looking for, and I'm going to find it!"

Alyssa also wanted her husband to have a little bit of a country in him since she rides horses and would love to live on a farm with a ton of animals one day.

Chris looked forward to getting married so he'd no longer be lonely and could better himself. She hoped his wife would see he's a professional guy who has his stuff together and makes good decisions.

"If she doesn't like me, I'm going to take that as I need to grow, I need to change, and I have to be different -- because I can control that," Chris told his groomsmen, who warned him he shouldn't have to "play a part" in his marriage.

Alyssa picked out the form-fitted lace dress of her dreams to wear with her gold cowboy boots, and she told her bridesmaids that while attraction can go, she expected to feel an initial attraction to her husband.

It then became time for Katina and Olajuwon's wedding, and the bride said she felt excited, nervous and a little nauseous. She felt this was her destiny and she wasn't making a mistake, and Olajuwon said this day was a dream come true.

Once Olajuwon got dressed, he broke down into tears and actually sobbed to one of his groomsmen. He was nervous, scared and anxious, but his family had his back.

"I'm done playing. I'm not a kid anymore... I believe in these professionals. Love and faith is real," Olajuwon said in a confessional before meeting his wife, adding, "You've got to follow your heart."

When Katina finally walked down the aisle, Olajuwon said, "Whoa!" He told his bride that she was beautiful once they shook hands and he complimented her tattoos.

"I can't stop looking at you. You are beautiful, seriously," Olajuwon said.

"Thank you. Thank you," Katina replied.

"Do you like what you see?" Olajuwon asked.

"Oh yeah. You're handsome!" Katina said.

"Okay, yeah, you didn't say nothing," Olajuwon said with a laugh.

Katina apologized and said she was just nervous, and then she learned her groom is a ball of energy who loves his family and a home-cooked meal.

Katina made a funny face, suggesting she's a bit of a stranger to the kitchen -- which made all the guests laugh -- but Olajuwon said, "We'll learn together. We'll do it together."

And Katina's family and friends shared with Olajuwon that she's a social butterfly with a heart of gold. She enjoys a night out meeting new people as well as a night in with family and friends. Olajuwon discovered Katina is confident, opinionated and can be blunt.

Olajuwon gushed in the middle of the ceremony, "You are so beautiful. I am so happy they picked you!"

In her vows, Katina said she didn't take this commitment lightly and she would always listen to him and be patient as well as honor, trust and respect him. She promised to be the best wife she could be.

In turn, Olajuwon spoke from his heart and promised to be honest and truthful and protect his wife. He said he'd maintain the spark in their relationship by doing little things that would make her laugh.

"If I had to go back 10 years of dating, with trial and failure to become the best version of myself, I would do it again for you. I can't wait to grow old with you and make a lifetime of memories," Olajuwon told his bride.

Olajuwon got down on one knee when he put the ring on Katina's finger, and then they kissed under a large archway of flowers.

Katina admitted she was in a state of shock after the ceremony and her husband was handsome, but their first conversation was a little awkward with pauses here or there. Regardless, Olajuwon kept gushing about how gorgeous his wife is.

"He seems like he's a sincere man, and I could see when we were up there the tears he was trying to fight back, and so I could tell that he's really in this," Katina told the cameras.

Olajuwon continued to do a lot of talking, asking his wife to always communicate with him and be open with him. It appeared Katina couldn't get a word in, and so she said, "He has a strong-ass personality."

"To be honest, it is overwhelming, and I just hope I can handle my new husband," Katina noted.

Noi and Steve's wedding was up next, and Noi was hoping for a tall, dark and handsome groom. She wanted to have a lasting and beautiful marriage, just like what her parents have, and Steve had a similar outlook considering his grandparents are a product of an arranged marriage.

"It removed the stigma of, 'Hey, you're marrying someone you don't know!' Okay, well, a lot of people do that!" Steve said, adding how he desired a loving, caring, thoughtful and adventurous spouse.

Noi said she had gone through hell with dating and so she was totally ready for this next step of her life because love means everything to her.

Noi cried before the wedding was about to commence because she was trying to process everything that was about to happen.

"I'm potentially risking getting my heart broken all over again, and the stakes are pretty high," Noi vented. "So I really don't want that to happen, and I hope everything works out for the best."

And Steve told the cameras he was ready to leave his free-spirit and wandering ways in the past, knowing he'd now have a wife to consult and make decisions with. Steve acknowledged his independent lifestyle was going to end, but he seemed okay with that.

When Steve stood at the top of the aisle, Noi's mother pointed out how he's "so handsome," and then the episode ended on a cliffhanger.
