Married at First Sight featured Iris Caldwell marrying Keith Manley and Elizabeth Bice tying the knot with Jamie Thompson during Wednesday night's Season 9 broadcast on Lifetime.

Elizabeth, a 30-year-old accounting executive for her dad's company from South Carolina who was raised in Mooresville, NC, was also trying to gain her composure to wed Jamie, a 35-year-old technical consultant from Columbia, SC.
The other two couples -- who got married during last week's episode -- are Deonna McNeill, a 30-year-old operations manager currently living in the Charlotte area, and Gregory Okotie, a 32-year-old math learning center owner from Fort Washington, MD, as well as Amber Bowles, a 27-year-old eighth grade English teacher currently living in the Charlotte area, and Matt Gwynne, a 32-year-old professional basketball player from Raleigh, NC.
The four pairs of strangers were matched by returning Married at First Sight experts Dr. Pepper Schwartz and Pastor Calvin Roberson as well as newcomer Dr. Viviana Coles, a psychotherapist who replaced Dr. Jessica Griffin for Season 9.
The Married at First Sight broadcast began with Jamie saying he was ready for a wild ride with his bride-to-be.
Jamie was "nervous as hell" before his wedding because he knew marrying a stranger would be "a risk" that could "blow up" in his face and potentially be "awful" down the road, and Elizabeth apparently felt the same exact way.
"Oh my m-therf-ck-ng god," Elizabeth said before meeting her husband. "I feel like I'm going to have a panic attack."

Elizabeth's father told her it wasn't too late to back out, but she decided to go through with the wedding and take a gamble for love.
Elizabeth couldn't stop laughing, nor could she control herself while walking down the aisle. She admitted the wedding was "insane" but "great" at the same time.
Elizabeth and Jamie exchanged their own personal vows, and Jamie could immediately tell his wife was bubbly and full of personality.

Elizabeth was really happy upon meeting her spouse for the first time, but she was still trying to take it all in.
Jamie called his wife "gorgeous" and gushed about how he was "super attracted" to her. He got the sense she was scared and nervous, but he was grateful she was willing to go on this adventure with him.
After sharing a big, long kiss at the altar, the couple walked off and tried to get to know each other better.
Elizabeth revealed she's high energy and fast-paced, and Jamie said he's the same exact way. Jamie then shared with Elizabeth how his pet peeve is a woman who's not punctual.
It then became time for Iris and Keith's wedding. Iris was nervous about sexual expectations in her marriage because, while she looked forward to getting there with her husband and that being a great part of her marriage, she knew it was going to take more time than normal to feel ready.

Iris hoped her husband was going to be ready for that type of serious commitment.
Meanwhile, Keith's anxiety was an 11 on a scale from 1-10 and his mind was all over the place. Keith had a lot of mixed emotions before Iris walked down the aisle, but he was glad to have received his family's blessing.

But Keith was prepared to step out of his comfort zone and give his marriage his all.
Iris' mother Renee thought Keith was "a wonderful" and "handsome" young man upon first seeing him. Renee said he's exactly what she prayed for and she liked his spirit.
Iris was nervous but excited to meet her husband for the first time, and when Keith first laid eyes on Iris, he said she has "a gorgeous face" and was wearing "an amazing dress."
Iris and Keith exchanged self-written vows as well as a sweet little kiss at the altar.
After the wedding, Iris and Keith had a brief moment alone to pop some champagne and get to know each other better. Iris revealed she doesn't drink, but Keith didn't seem to mind.
Keith thought Iris seemed easygoing, relaxed and fun. They also discovered they both work with kids and had a million and one questions for each other.

Iris hoped to win Keith's family over because since family is so important to her, she wanted to have a good relationship with all of his relatives.
At this point, all four Married at First Sight couples had tied the knot, and they were shown posing for their wedding photos -- which proves to be a bit awkward every season.
Deonna admitted she doesn't kiss on a first date, but since this was her wedding day, she dropped her rule and gave Greg a few kisses during their photo shoot.
As for Elizabeth, she loved kissing her husband and thought he had nice lips. She called him "cute" but then quickly changed her mind and gushed about how he's "hot" and "sexy."
Jamie agreed it felt "very natural" to kiss Elizabeth, and so he didn't hold back or put any walls up. Elizabeth's dad didn't like watching Jamie kiss his daughter, but Elizabeth was often the person to lean in first.

Amber and Matt also had great chemistry. Matt gushed about how Amber was "beyond" what he expected and they shared an immediate connection that wasn't awkward or forced.
Amber also found her husband "hot," and she loved kissing him.

Amber was therefore very forward about the fact she wanted to make out with her husband, but her openness made Matt like her even more. They were both clearly attracted to each other.
Amber revealed to Matt that her mother left her when she was young because she came out as a lesbian but they were still close.
Matt, in turn, told Amber his family wasn't even present at the wedding, but he wanted to wait until later to share that story with her.
"Knowing Amber has been through similar things in her life makes me feel like we have a lot in common and so we can create a stronger bond as husband and wife. We can support each other, and that means the world to me," Matt told the cameras.
Each couple was then shown celebrating their wedding day with family and friends at their respective wedding receptions.
During Amber and Matt's first dance as man and wife, their huge height difference of nearly two feet was noticeable, but Amber insisted she didn't think it was awkward.
Amber felt "butterflies" when Matt looked into her eyes, and she hoped it was the start of "forever."
Jamie also felt at ease with Elizabeth in his arms, and Greg felt he was building a connection with Deonna by laughing through their awkward first dance together.

As for Iris and Keith, they embraced and hugged close, and Iris said Keith was making her feel like she was the woman of his dreams.
"I feel like I could fall in love with my husband. Oh my gosh!" Iris gushed to the cameras as her father Tony broke down into tears at a nearby table.
Tony felt extremely emotional about the idea of letting his daughter go and allowing another man to protect and take care of her after serving that role in her life for 27 years.
When it became time for parent and child dances, the deejay called Matt's mother to the dance floor, but she clearly wasn't there. Amber's mother Karen therefore sweetly asked the groom to dance, and he seemed thrilled.
Matt was thankful Amber's mother was there for him during that tough moment in his life.
"I feel like this is the start of our family vs. his and my family," Amber told the cameras, adding that she was so impressed and grateful to her mother for dancing with Matt.
During their wedding reception, Jamie and Elizabeth bonded over their love to grill food, and Iris joked with Keith about how they could look forward to peeing and pooping in front of each other.
Deonna and Greg prayed before their dinner, and then speeches from the best men and maid of honors followed.

Elizabeth and Jamie also had a blast when cutting their cake. Jamie even licked some frosting off his bride's face!
Things took a serious turn, however, when Amber's bridesmaids and twin sister grilled Matt about why his parents weren't at the wedding.

However, the divorce inspired him to work even harder at his own marriage, and the bridesmaids liked hearing Matt wasn't going to be quick to give up on Amber.
Elizabeth's bridesmaids also asked Jamie about whether he was planning to have sex that night, which he found awkward.
Keith's mother was then shocked to find out her daughter-in-law was a virgin. Keith's mother thought it spoke highly of her character, morals and upbringing.
Keith's mother thought it was important for her son to know the reason behind Iris' white dress, so she pulled him aside. After Keith gushed about how Iris had surpassed his expectations and he couldn't be happier, his mom dropped the bomb on him that his bride had never had sex before.
Keith said that was "pretty heavy" news and he didn't know how to feel about it.
"I never in a million years imagined that my wife is a virgin," Keith told the cameras.
"It definitely gives me a sense of nervousness and a sense of a lot of pressure. This is somebody who's trusting me to be as caring and compassionate with them as I can be."

Keith told his mother, however, the situation required patience since sex is obviously something special to her.
Before each couple headed to their hotel room to spend their first night together as husband and wife, Amber joked about how she needed birth control so she could have sex with Matt.
"I wanted to get married at first sight to meet this exact man. He's perfect," Amber gushed about Matt, adding that their connection felt easy.

Jamie also found his wife "crazy sexy," and she asked him to help her get out of her dress later.
As for Keith, he called his wife "perfect" and said they had immediate chemistry. He wasn't in a rush, however, to have sex knowing she's a virgin. He'd never want her to feel pressured in any kind of way.
Iris, in turn, was lusting for her husband and found him incredibly attractive, so she admitted she didn't know what was going to happen.
When Deonna got into her hotel room, she said she didn't want to consummate her marriage on Night 1 but felt comfortable with Greg and noted "that's a good sign."
