Married at First Sight couple Noi Phommasak and Steve Moy have revealed why they haven't moved in together yet in Boston after choosing to stay married at the end of Season 14.

During the Married at First Sight: Kickoff Special for Season 15, the show's upcoming San-Diego season, host Kevin Frazier asked Noi and Steve if they've officially moved in together yet.

"We haven't yet," Steve revealed during the three-hour special that aired Wednesday night on Lifetime. "We have talked about a timeline for that."

Kevin asked the couple, whose Married at First Sight season wrapped in May, "What's the hold up?!"

Noi replied, "I think we're just getting off of this whole, you know, being married to a stranger and trying to figure out what makes the most sense for us. So we're really trying to do it on our own timeline."

Steve didn't seem to their current arrangement, explaining, "One really important thing for us is just ironing out everything. We've had our issues on the show as well as things afterwards, and [we're] just making sure things are in alignment."

Steve added, "We don't want to be tying up loose ends when we're taking that next step."

In the meantime, Noi said she and Steve have just been enjoying "spending time together" and "hanging out" with their friends and family.

"And yeah, we're just having more of a normal routine," Noi noted.

The couple has also been "practicing" for when they're ready to try for a baby.

"Yeah, we've been practicing," Noi confirmed.

Steve said Noi's mother immediately talked about having a grandchild when he met her for the first time.

"Every time my mom calls me, she's like, 'So what's new?!' And I know what she's asking," Noi said with a smile. "She's like, 'Is there any news?'"

Steve added how Noi's mother expects to hear "good news" only.

Noi and Steve were matched by Married at First Sight experts Dr. Pepper Schwartz, Dr. Viviana Coles, and Pastor Calvin Roberson to marry as strangers on the show's fourteenth season.

Noi fell in love with Steve a week into their relationship, and they quickly consummated their marriage and continued to build a strong foundation for the rest of the extreme experiment.

But Steve's refusal to get a part-time or full-time job began presenting problems in their relationship, especially since Steve -- a former sales engineer who claimed he was in a good place financially with a lot of savings -- expected Noi to take on some of their household chores while she was working full-time as a talent acquisition coordinator.

Steve, however, thought he was contributing heavily to the marriage by cooking, cleaning and taking care of her dog Sushi.

The root of the tension between the couple seemed to be Noi's annoyance with Steve's alleged lack of motivation and ambition professionally. She seemed to question at times if Steve was enough for her and if she deserved better, which really hurt Steve's feelings.

Noi was also initially dead set on welcoming three children someday, and so she wanted her husband to be able to be a provider.

Noi therefore put up some walls during the experiment as the weeks progressed, fearing she'd give up her independence and comfortable apartment for another relationship that wouldn't work out long-term.

Noi kept her guard up by saying she wouldn't want to live with Steve after Decision Day because she wouldn't feel comfortable totally combining their lives after only a couple months of being married.

On Decision Day, Steve and Noi decided to stay together, and Noi cried about how wonderful Steve was and how he treated her and made her feel safe and secure in their relationship.

Noi didn't feel judged or criticized by her husband, and she said, "In a very short amount of time, you have taught me what it means to be vulnerable and you have opened up a part of me that has been dormant for so long."

In turn, Steve shared how he couldn't think of anyone he'd rather go through life with.

Steve then put a ring on Noi's finger during a group outing with the cast, and things were going well between them at the time the reunion special filmed.

On the Married at First Sight: Where Are They Now? special for Season 14 -- which filmed five months after Decision Day and aired on June 1 -- Noi finally determined that she was going to move in with Steve in a couple of months, and she came around to the idea of having two children instead of three.
