Mark-Paul Gosselaar married advertising executive Catriona McGinn in California, friends said.

The couple said their "I do's" Saturday at the Sunstone winery in Santa Ynez, People reported.

"He was so excited to have found the woman of his dreams," said Neil Lane, who designed the couple's engagement rings and wedding bands.

"He couldn't wait to propose!"

Gosselaar, who formerly starred in the 1990's teen sitcom "Saved by the Bell" and now stars as Peter Bash in "Franklin and Bash," said he was very involved in the wedding planning.

"I'm too type-A to let it happen around me," he said before the wedding. "We're trying to make it as traditional as possible. It's going to be fun!"

For their honeymoon, the couple is heading to Italy.

"Trust me, we are going to eat our [expletive] off!" Gosselaar told People. "We're really excited about that element."
