Mariah Carey's lavish lifestyle is on full display in the newest trailer for her upcoming E! documentary series, "Mariah's World."
"There's no typical day in a pop superstar's life!" reads the trailer description.
"I don't think anyone knows anything about me," she says in the footage before highlighting her sense of humor as she joins in on a prank call.
First announced in March, Carey has maintained that the show is not your typical reality series.
"I haven't been on tour in Europe since at least 10 years ago when I was 10, so I was just like let's just show the behind the scenes and what its really takes to do a tour," the singer said Wednesday, according to Deadline, during a Television Critics Association press tour panel which featured Carey sitting atop a half-naked man."It's my life and I thought why not document this now? We call it a docu-series because it feels like more of a documentary. I don't watch reality ... I don't even know what reality is," she continued.
Other highlights from the panel included Carey explaining how her kids should have their own show "because that's how funny they are," how ex-husband Nick Cannon might be featured on the series and her past experience judging "American Idol."
"Mariah's World" is set to premiere on E! starting Dec. 4.
