Maria Shriver has not only settled on a new house in Los Angeles but she is having it completely redone prior to move-in, sources told TMZ.com.

The celebrity Web site reported Sunday the entire interior of the 11,000-square-foot residence is being remodeled, a job expected to take at least three months.
Shriver paid about $10 million for the eight-bedroom, seven-bathroom house in the tony Brentwood area, not far from where she and estranged husband Arnold Schwarzenegger lived together before he copped to a long-running affair with their housekeeper.
TMZ said Shriver's bachelorette pad also includes a gym, home theater, three-car garage and a wine room.
