A 72-year-old man from Caythorpe, England, was ordered to stop urinating on a neighbor's hedge in an effort to stunt the tree's growth.

David Jollands "watered" the hedge in the early morning because, he said, he feared the trees would grow and tower over the home where he was born, the Mirror reported. His neighbor, Russell Brooks, filmed the incident as evidence of the crime.
Jollands was jailed for a day last year for doing the same thing, deemed criminal damage to the hedge.
The retiree was back in Grantham court this week and was handed a restraining order, banning him from "depositing any liquid or noxious substance on land outside the confines of his own address."
Jollands explained his actions after the case, saying, "Things never run smoothly when you're living in the country."
