Man says couple was naked on his property

Authorities in Florida said they arrested a man and a woman allegedly seen nude on property marked "no trespassing" one morning this week.

The Lee County Sheriff's Office said Lanny Sheffield, 45, of Bonita Springs, spotted Andrew Taylor, 41, and Delana Layman, 28, on his property at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday and called deputies, who arrived to find Layman clothed and Taylor getting dressed, the Naples (Fla.) Daily News reported Friday.

Layman told a deputy they had decided to go to the woods on Sheffield's property because she was having trouble at home and they had been dropped off by a friend.

Taylor and Layman were charged with trespassing. Layman is also facing drug charges after deputies allegedly found 10 prescription pills that did not belong to her and a hypodermic needle in her purse, the sheriff's office said.
