June "Mama June" Shannon went through a diet and exercise boot camp while filming Mama June: From Not to Hot, according to her trainer, and the word "ridiculous" doesn't even begin to explain her drastic physical transformation.

Kenya Crooks, who trained Shannon on the new WE tv reality series that premieres Friday at 10PM ET/PT, gushed about his client's success during an interview with People.

"The Biggest Loser won't have anything on this, The Swan won't have anything on this -- when I tell you this is the greatest transformation of all time, get ready," Crooks told the magazine, calling Shannon's weight loss "the most shocking transformation in reality TV history."

Her new look is "phenomenal," Crooks continued. "You won't even be able to recognize her -- her kids don't even recognize her."

Shannon reportedly underwent gastric sleeve surgery in 2015 and has dropped from 460 pounds to a Size 4. Crooks said he worked with Shannon after her surgery because her weight loss began to plateau.

"I came in as the closer, because she was struggling with getting to the next point of weight loss," Crooks explained. "The cool thing about momentum is as soon as we got her going, she was good."

But it was apparently a "struggle" to motivate the former Here Comes Honey Boo Boo star at first.

"You have to keep in mind, this lady used to eat this stuff called 'sketti' -- so that does not sound healthy or nutritious at all," noted Crooks, who confessed to using an airhorn in order to get Shannon out of bed in the morning.

"We had to change how she looked at food. We had to cut down the portions, because she used to eat really, really big. So we had to change how she ate, how she worked out, and just put it all together."

"As soon as she started dropping weight," Shannon pushed harder for results, according to the trainer, and now her self-esteem is "off the charts."

Shannon certainly wasn't alone on her journey to health. Her 11-year-old daughter Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson and 17-year-old daughter Lauryn "Pumpkin" Thompson acted as "informants" when necessary.

"We had to create a team culture. I come from a sports background, so I believe in the team concept, and you have to get everybody on board -- you can't have two different menus," Crooks insisted to People.

"So it was a team effort and the kids joined in and it made everything so much easier... The cool thing is, when you start working with people, you become a family."

Shannon's new body is still a work in progress though, as her transformation is reportedly not complete.

"She's doing awesome," Crooks revealed. "We're looking at making her even more sexy. I mean, she's killing it now, but we're looking at making it even more so. I like to put the 'er' on everything: finer and sexier!"
