Memphis police said Lisa Pritchett-Johnson, who was believed to be in her 40s, died March 6, one month after she inherited millions from Entwistle's estate and just weeks after moving into the Tennessee mansion, the Times of London reported Thursday.
Pritchett-Johnson, who had lived with Entwistle for 13 years before his 2002 death during a cocaine-fuelled romp with a stripper, was understood to have either died from a cocaine overdose or an asthma attack.
Police said there was no indication of foul play and 1.6 grams of cocaine was found near the body.
A man arrested on unknown charges at the home was helping police in the investigation.
Pritchett-Johnson had a relationship with Eagles guitarist Joe Walsh prior to Entwistle.
