Teen actress and singer Lindsay Lohan pulled out of a scheduled appearance on "Live with Regis & Kelly" five minutes after the show started.

Lohan -- who at Monday night's gala premiere of "King Kong" and its after-after party -- said she could not be on Tuesday's show because of food poisoning, the New York Post reported Wednesday.

"Lindsay Lohan is sick. She's not coming. Well, that's kind of a blow," Regis Philbin said to co-host Kelly Ripa. "She has food poisoning," Philbin said. "What'd they find out, about five after 9?"

Lohan's appearance was to coincide with Tuesday's release of her CD, "A Little More Personal (Raw)."
