Lindsay Lohan is set to face a California judge Wednesday to see if she has been complying with the requirements of her probation for shoplifting.

At a hearing in July, Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner warned Lohan, who pleaded guilty in May to stealing a necklace from a jewelry store in Venice, Calif., that she could be sent to jail for failing to sign up for court-ordered psychological counseling, CNN reported.
A lawyer for the 25-year-old former child star said at the time that Lohan's health insurance had lapsed and she was unable to pay for the counseling.
CNN said it is unclear if Lohan has received the mandated counseling.
