Hollywood actors Lena Olin, Terrence Howard and Sam Robards were added Monday to the cast of the medical thriller, "Awake."

Production is already under way in New York on the film starring Hayden Christensen and Jessica Alba, The Hollywood Reporter said.
Joby Harold's directorial debut is being financed by GreeneStreet Films and the Weinstein Co., The Reporter said.
In "Awake," Christensen plays a victim of "anesthetic awareness," in which a patient remains awake but paralyzed during surgery. Olin and Robards will portray Christensen's parents, Alba is his wife and Howard plays the lead heart surgeon.
