Lea Michele, Chris Colfer and Cory Monteith will return for Season 4 of "Glee," the U.S. show's co-creator and executive producer, Brad Fulchuk, announced.

Rolling Stone reported Fulchuk's remarks appear to contradict earlier statements made by "Glee" co-creator and executive producer Ryan Murphy, who said the stars' characters will be written out after they graduate on the high school-set show's upcoming third season.

"Because they're graduating doesn't mean they're leaving the show. If you have Lea Michele under contract, you don't say, 'We're gonna let you go,'" Rolling Stone quoted Fulchuk as saying during a recent Comic-Con panel in San Diego.
