Lauren Bushnell can't help but gush about her fiance Ben Higgins on his birthday.

Lauren shared a cute post on Instagram Thursday, March 23 in honor of the Season 20 The Bachelor star turning 29-years-old.

"Happy birthday babe!!!!!" Lauren captioned a photo in which the couple is smiling ear to ear while standing in front of a white wooden fence and brown-and-white horse.

"I'm so thankful for this life together. Although sometimes rocky you always hold my hand and support me through it, always with a smile on your face. You deserve the world, especially today."

Lauren, 27, and Ben's relationship is seemingly doing great. On Valentine's Day this year, the couple wrote sweet messages on social media about one another, with Ben saying "each and every day" is Valentine's Day with his beautiful fiancee.

The pair clearly isn't letting recent rumors of a split get them down. Rumors circulated when Lauren enjoyed the weekend of January 19 in Nashville, TN, with a few of her male and female friends from The Bachelor franchise sans Ben.

The blonde beauty then traveled to Mexico with her mother and sister a week later, again without Ben -- and her hand was surprisingly missing her 4.25-carat Neil Lane diamond engagement ring, according to her Instagram photos.

"They don't get along. She's told people recently how hard it is," a source told Us Weekly of the couple's "rocky" relationship at the time. "He's a great guy, but they should split."

An insider also told Life & Style earlier this year that Lauren can't stand life in Colorado and being an "almost housewife" to Ben. The insider said she and Ben were pretending to be happy for the sake of their former Freeform spinoff Ben & Lauren: Happily Ever After?.

Ben, however, bashed "fake news" shortly afterward and explained he's "extremely lucky" to share his life with Lauren in light of reports they had called it quits on their romance.

Ben and Lauren were set to wed in a televised special for ABC, but once the bride-to-be got the ball rolling on wedding plans, an overwhelmed Ben got cold feet and eventually called the wedding off much to Lauren's dismay. Ben wanted to get to know Lauren better before they took the big leap of getting married.
