Lady Gaga has reached a deal with an ex-boyfriend and producer in a development suit, both say.

Former beau Rob Fusari claimed in a $30 million suit he helped develop the Gaga personality, The New York Post reported. He also claimed he invented her stage name -- her real name is Stefani Germanotta -- and a contract entitled him to 20 percent of her earnings.
The Post reported the lady and "Paparazzi" co-writer Fusari said in a joint statement they "have agreed to end their dispute amicably and wish each other well. There will be no further comment by either of them." Terms of the deal were not detailed.
The newspaper said the deal surfaced just days after it reported a Staten Island, N.Y., mother claimed Gaga's style was inspired by her late daughter, Lina Morgana, who once worked with Gaga.
