Kris Jenner is reportedly being extorted over an alleged sex tape she claims is fake.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has gotten police involved in her self-described extortion case because she says someone has basically been stalking her asking for ransom in exchange for not leaking a sex tape she had allegedly starred in to TMZ, according to the website.

Authorities reportedly took down a police report at the Jenner household on Tuesday in which Jenner insisted she's received up to 300 phone calls, voicemails and texts per day for the last few weeks -- day and night -- from an unknown individual threatening her with the sex tape in order to get money.

TMZ apparently has no interest in posting the tape regardless, however, Jenner told deputies no such sexual tape even exists. In fact, Jenner reportedly noted that the stalker messed up the story once by saying her daughter Khloe Kardashian had actually been the one to star in the tape.

This isn't the first time the Jenner/Kardashian family has been involved in a sex-tape scandal.

Jenner's daughter Kim Kardashian starred in a 2003 home-sex video with her ex-boyfriend "Ray J" William Ray Norwood Jr. and it was released by Vivid Entertainment in February 2007 following the couple's 2006 split.

The tape launched Kim into the media spotlight. After Vivid bought the rights to the video for $1 million and released it, Kim sued the company for ownership of the tape. However, she ended up dropping the lawsuit in late April 2007, ultimately settling with Vivid for $5 million.
