During a Tuesday interview with Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb on the Today show, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star discussed whether she'll get back together with the father of her kids or ever marry him.

"I don't know," the 36-year-old said. "We're not getting back together right now, but I don't know what the future holds in life, in God's plan."

Kardashian and Disick are parents to kids Mason, 6, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 15 months.

"But we're just doing our best to be the best parents," the reality TV star continued, adding that Disick joined her recent family vacation. "He came with us to Vail and it was great. But, like, we're friends at this point."

Kotb then asked Kardashian if she ever misses Disick.

"I don't know," she replied. "I mean, we talk all the time, so I feel like I don't really get that chance."

Just last month, Disick joked about the current status of his relationship with Kardashian in a Snapchat video.

"So, um, we wanted you guys to hear it first: We are getting back together," Disick said as he was trying to kiss Kardashian and grab her breast.

Kardashian, who dated Disick for almost a decade, rejected both of Disick's attempts in the video.

The pair split in July of last year after photos surfaced of Disick getting touchy-feely with his ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli in Monte Carlo. On the eleventh season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, a lonely Disick was shown talking about his substance abuse issues and even contemplating suicide.

The twelfth season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians premieres Sunday, May 1 at 9PM ET/PT on E!.
