The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star reportedly isn't concerned with how dropping weight so quickly might affect her health. Instead, she's focused on being a very fit bride since her wedding is only several months away.
"She works out every day at 5AM," Kardashian's buddy Jonathan Cheban told the magazine, adding that her workout sessions are also three hours long.
According to the Kardashian friend, the reality TV star is strictly following the Atkins diet and is "counting the calories in everything and living on grilled fish, chicken and steamed vegetables."
Besides her wedding, Kardashian, 33, has also reportedly been motivated by her desire to continue being a fashion icon.
"Kanye's been talking to [Vogue editor in chief] Anna Wintour about having the wedding appear in the magazine," a source close to the rapper told In Touch.
