Kendall Jenner's stalker has been acquitted of his misdemeanor stalking charge but convicted of trespassing at her secluded Hollywood Hills home.

A California jury of seven women and five men returned the verdict against Shavaughn McKenzie on Monday following a seven-day trial, NBC News reported, and McKenzie will be sentenced on November 10 for the trespassing charge.

Because he was found guilty of trespassing on Jenner's property, McKenzie could reportedly face up to six months in jail.

McKenzie's attorney Taylor Shramo had urged the jurors to reject the stalking charge, claiming no evidence existed of McKenzie intentionally trying to scare Jenner. Shramo also insisted mental-health treatment will be looked into for his client.

McKenzie was arrested in August for allegedly following the 20-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star up her gated driveway and then banging on her car window to catch her attention.

"I was crying, I was screaming, I was freaking out. I didn't know what his intentions were. I was freaking out. I was frightened for sure," Jenner testified, according to E! News.

"I've never been so scared in my life... I definitely don't feel safe in my own house anymore."

Jenner insisted it was not the first time McKenzie had tailed her, as he had twice accosted her outside of her former home.

Deputy City Attorney Alex Perez reportedly revealed in court that McKenzie, a 25-year-old Florida native, had tracked Jenner's whereabouts for 15 months prior to his arrest.

Jenner's lawyer, Shawn Holley, told TMZ his client obtained a civil restraining order earlier this month that will prevent McKenzie from getting near her for five years. The restraining order could also be extended if he crosses the line again.

McKenzie's mother, June Osavio, said she repeatedly tried to help her delusional son but he refused to take his medication. She revealed McKenzie disappeared in March 2015, when he apparently traveled from Georgia to Los Angeles to find Jenner.
