Fans received the opportunity to hear some of Kelly Clarkson's latest recordings, however since the tracks were leaked, the original American Idol winner apparently isn't too pleased about it.

"The fact that people have heard music that's not ready yet sucks, but I hope they like it," Clarkson told Billboard in a Friday report.

Four demos Clarkson is working on -- "Close Your Eyes," "Ready," "One Day," and "With a Little Bit of Luck" -- surfaced last week on the Los Angeles-based music blog Pretty Much Amazing!, however it's quite clear from the audio that the tracks weren't completely ready to be released for public consumption.

"I write all the time -- lots of stuff not meant to ever be released, just working on ideas," Clarkson told Billboard of the leaked songs.

Pretty Much Amazing! editor Luis Tovar told Billboard a friend provided him a disc with the four songs, adding he did not know where and when they were recorded by Clarkson.

Not surprisingly, the blog's traffic "skyrocketed" once the four songs appeared, according to Tovar, with devoted Clarkson fans both interested in hearing the songs while others defended her privacy over the unfinished work.

"The 'Crazy Clarkson Fans,' as one person called them, were amusing at first, annoying later," Tovar told Billboard. "But it's great to see the brand loyalty out there. These people are ready to go to war for Clarkson. It's kind of cute, almost."

Clarkson -- who is managed by Starstruck Entertainment and represented by its CEO Narvel Blackstock, friend Reba McEntire's husband -- recently co-headlined McEntire's "2 Worlds, 2 Voices" tour and is currently scheduled to perform in New York on April 19 for Pope Benedict XVI's visit to the States.
